It is working via WCAM,so you need to connect it to internet and signal wire(pls use connector which in package box) for resource sharing.
PVR Function is available,you can install app to box 
Easy to use ,No need to set anyting ,only connect to Power, Internet, signal wire(using connector) and HDMI cable is okay.
Do not reset to factory setting ,because the box is installed channel lists.
