EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:

·    Exchange is offered ONLY if the item is defective or damaged during shipment within 5 days of receipt.  Please contact the seller at sg.11sQuare@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt with pictures of the damaged item to arrange for the exchange.

·      Buyer would have to bear any shipping charges incurred for any exchange of item. All packaging including any manuals and parts where applicable must be returned in the original packaging.  It is highly recommended to return goods via registered mail with tracking number to facilitate the exchange process.
