The new red lid formula is awful. It leaves my hands feeling slimy and actually seems to irritate really dry skin. Unlike the old formula it's also not what I'd consider "fragrance free" because it leaves a long lasting chemical smell to my hands._x000D_ _x000D_ I sincerely hope Eucerin brings back the blue lid formula because there is nothing else like it on the market. The red lid formula is unusable for me so I will no longer buy it or any other Eucerin products. The new "red lid" version is so strange. It smells very chemically, like when I get my hair highlighted, and leaves my skin with that scent all day. _x000D_ _x000D_ More importantly, it somehow dries out my skin while leaving a layer of slime. I don't get it. My face fells cracked and dry 2 hours after application, yet when I rinsed it off, there was a slimy layer on it. The "blue lid" formula did not feel the same. Somehow its less moisturizing, feels oily and and smells terrible. So basically worse in every way. I'd return it, but have no receipt. So it's going in the garbage. I suffer from allergies year round and have tried numerous products that dont work. This lotion actually stops me from waking up in the middle of the night scraping at my skin. Its light, fragrance free and non greasy.
