Regarding Note 3 Devices， it features USB 3.0 port， if you want to use this OTG cable， please plug the cable near the Right Side.
 

User Instructions:

1. Plug the OTG cable into your mobile and reboot it for the primary use

2. Plug the USB storage devices into OTG first， then connect the micro usb port to mobile devices

3. Once you have changed USB storage devices， unplug the whole cable， and go back to process 2 again

4. FAT or FAT32 USB Flash recommend
