‘OUR SEOUL’ collection by BEAKER will discover hidden charm of ‘Seoul’, the city where we are living in. This collection will tell you the story of today’s Seoul which has many complex implications and the stories of various people living in the city and what Seoul means to them. This project, under the campaign title ‘OUR SEOUL’, will be a capsule collection of items that represent the street mood of current Seoul. Items include t-shirts, coach jackets for beginning of FW season, windbreakers, sweat shirts and canvas eco bags. At the same time, BEAKER will draw the image of ‘Our Seoul #OURSEOUL’ by archiving people’s ideas and stories about Seoul through Instagram hash tag #MYSEOUL. This is a windbreaker with its hood inside the collar. Strings on the hood and bottom hem are useful for outdoor activities and two front pockets are also practical. This thin, light item is great for rainy seasons or autumn. Box logo printing on the back is a distinctive point.

Quality Assurance Standards 1. Compensation will be made for justifiable damages in accordance to Consumer Dispute Settlement Standards noticed by the government.
- For laundry anomalies from defects within material, subsidiaries, seaming, indefinite sizes, unaccountable labeling (no or lack of labeling), and inadequate material composition: Free repairs, exchange and full price refund will be made within 1 year from the date of purchase. However, for seaming defects, free repairs will be made even after 1 year past the warranty period.
- For unfit sizes and dissatisfying design or color: Exchange for the equivalent product at the same price, with no product defect or damages, can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. For defects on one piece of product that comes in top & bottom set, will be considered a pair with defects. However, equivalent exchanges can be made for different material and design.
2. Damages and deformations caused by customer’s mishandlings and products past the warranty period (1 year) will not responsible for compensation. Repairable products will be charged at a fee.

International shipping fee may vary depending on regulations of foreign countries.

    Ship in 3 days from the day after payment is completed (Operating based on Seoul/GMT+9, excluding weekends and holidays)
    • Average International shipping time is up to 7-15 days (Based on Korea business days).
    • When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
    • Additional delivery time will be estimated up to 5-7 days for KUHO brand due to the reason that a small quantity is made for all items.
    Precautions of Return
    • Requesting your return is only available when your order is preparing status.
    • Requesting your return is only available through 1:1 inquiry if your order is in transit.
    • Exchange is not available for international shipping items.
    • Please note that return request must be made within 15 days from the date your item is delivered.
    • (Return request after 16 days from the date your item is delivered must be proceeded through 1:1 inquiry.)
    • If a refund/return shipping fee occurs because of change of mind, the fee shall be deducted from the amount of refund.
    • You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Otherwise, return cannot be made.
    • For hygiene reasons, items such as jewellery/underwear cannot be returned.
    • Return request is available after your item is delivered at My Page. Customers need to ship it to the international return pick up site after entering tracking number.
