Do not use strong chemicals when washing. To avoid small and barely noticeable scratches that can destroy pottery, you are not recommended to use a hard sponge when washing this utensil. Give your preference to sponges of soft materials. Not intended for use on the stove. This ceramic cooking pot is intended for cooking in the oven (gas or electric) or heating in the microwave oven. Do not use it for cooking on gas or electric hot plates.
