The installation is easy but please follow the instruction step by step. As one of our customer kindly wrote, do note that you straighten all 4 sides before pressing down on the center to open up the playpen. Most of the playpens open up in the same mechanism. If you have not figured out the installation, please don't trouble yourself and just give us 2 minutes to instruct you on phone.
