Greek Honey a great booster that gives energy & resistance.

The secret…
Our raw and unfiltered honey is collected from Mt. Pageon and other adequate spots in Greece.
By the term “Raw Honey” it is meant that there is no heating, no pasteurization nor any other processes of the honey.
The difference between raw and pasteurized honey is substantial. Raw honey is an alkaline forming food that
contains natural vitamins, enzymes, powerful antioxidants and other important natural nutrients.
These are the very nutrients that will be destroyed during the heating and pasteurization process.

Mastic: The tears of Chios

Mastic is a natural, off-white color, semitransparent resin that comes from mastic trees, in Chios Island, in Northern Greece.
This is due to under water volcanoes, the mild and dry climate and the lime consisting soil.
It is secreted by superficial incisions made in trunk and branches of the tree with sharp tools and dripping in the form of tears.
This process starts from mid-august to mid-september.
The product is then sieved, washed and thoroughly cleaned, piece by piece.

Nutritional Value

of Chios mastic is not yet fully known. What we know is that mastic is rich in:

antitumor, hepatoprotective, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiulcer and antihyperlipidemic activity of mastic.
2. Polyphenols, known potent antioxidant compounds that protect cells and tissues of the body from free radicals,
which are the cause illnesses such as heart disease, and aging skin.

Pharmaceutical Properties

has been gradually revealed by the scientific community that natural mastic is gifted with unique beneficial and
therapeutic properties.
