There are many ways you can use this leash in: you can connect it to your bike, fix it on your waist or over your shoulder for hands free walking or to use as a running leash, use it as a regular leash, use it as a tie out for training, adjust the length (you can make it a few lengths starting from about 2,5 ft), use it as a collar-and-leash-in-one (slip leash).

The reason why you might want to make one or both O-rings adjustable is mostly for wearing it around your waist. The loose O-ring will slide when there's no tension on the leash and it will fall off your waist. This issue is solved by giving you the option of making the O-ring adjustable, that way it stays fixed in the adjusted position.

~7 ft long, has 4 fixed D-rings and 2 loose O-rings that can be made adjustable. Hand sewn and riveted.

Comes in 1/2" and 3/4". Any width BioThane is strong enough for any sized dog. So when you choose the width you're just choosing the look and how you prefer for it to fit in your hand.
