Batam Fast Ferry Pte Ltd have 15 ferries in total operating daily with more than 35 departure schedules between 6 terminals, on 5 routes. It is a mere 45 to 70 minutes ferry ride from Singapore to Batam and vice versa, with daily departures to Batam Center, Sekupang, HarbourBay and Nongsapura in Batam. The regular ferry service provides foreigners and Indonesians ease of travel to and from Batam via Singapore.

Passports and Visas
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport and traveling documents (visas etc) and comply with the entry, exit, transit or other requirements of the countries that they are traveling to. Passengers may be refused entry into a country if they do not possess the required travel documents. BatamFast will not be liable in any way for any consequences arising out of your not having the required travel documents.

For those who will require VOA, please prepare:
1. Passport with a minimum of 6 months' validity and contains at least one unused visa page for visa-on-arrival sticker
2. Fill in the Arrival/Departure card
3. Return or outward journey ticket
4. Prepare the exact amount in USD for payment of VOA fees to ensure a smooth application process

How to Use this Voucher (AFTER RECEIVING YOUR BATAM FAST OPEN DATED TICKET FROM TICKET LAH)
Option 1 - Open Dated Ferry Tickets without Booking
Departing HarbourFront: Customers have to be at HarbourFront Terminal (1 Maritime Square Harbourfront Centre #02-50/51 Singapore 099253) at least 2 hours before Ferry Departure timing to book for their onward and return ferry Timing
Departing TanahMerah: Customers have to be at TanahMerah Ferry Terminal (50 Tanah Merah Ferry Road S498833) at least 2 hours before Ferry Departure timing to book for their onward and return ferry Timing All seats are based on availability on a First Come First Served Basis for OPEN DATED FERRY TICKETS.
Option 2 - Advance booking
Customers can send email WITH THE CONFIRMTION CODE FROM SGATTRACTIONS with passport details and intended travel date to the following email Address for booking: 1) Harbourfront Centre or Tanah Merah: Email: reservations@batamfast.com and ccstationmgr@batamfast.com. 
Additional Information:
1) Seat reservations will only be confirmed upon receiving Booking Confirmation Code from Batam Fast reservations Team. Both departure and return dates and timings MUST be confirmed upon redemption at BatamFast counter. First point of departure is only from SINGAPORE (HarbourFront Centre or Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal)
2) No Cancellation & Rescheduling is allowed after Booking Confirmation Code from Batam Fast Ferry Reservation is sent and/or boarding pass are collected.
3) Passengers have to collect their Boarding Pass at 1 Maritime Square Harbourfront Centre #02-50/51 Singapore 099253 (If departing HarbourFront) or at 50 Tanah Merah Ferry Road S498833 (If departing TanahMerah Terminal) at least 1 hour before departure timing. If not, seats will be automatically released if boarding pass not collected.

5) Once confirmed, bookings/seats/etickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-amendable
