Q4: What happens if I miss/change any of my ferry timings?
★You will be charged S$5/person to board the next available ferry (pay during ferry check-in).
Additionally, any ferry terminal arrival pickup or tour may be forfeited.

Q5: How do I meet my driver for ferry terminal arrival pickup?
★Our driver will hold a signboard at the ferry terminal arrival hall (day 1).
We will inform him of your ferry timing in advance.

Q6: Is travel insurance included?

Q10: I am holding a non-Singapore passport, what are the visa requirements to visit Batam?

Prices quoted are based on twin-sharing (minimum 2 adults in 1 room).

No changes, refunds or cancellations are allowed upon successful confirmation.


Group tour advisory
As the group tour is a large group tour consisting of guests from various backgrounds, a fair amount of waiting during the tour is to be expected (ie: special needs guests, visa-on-arrival guests, slower senior guests etc). Itinerary may also inevitably vary slightly subject to actual day conditions (ie: traffic, lack of time etc). Thank you for your understanding.
