Closure for Chinese New Year

Kindly be informed that our company will be closed from 14-02-2018(Wed) to 19-02-2019(Mon) in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebration.

Shichida/ Henguru or any form of right brain training. 



FAQ

What if thickness is not right?
Too thin: too flimsy for fast flashing. Not easy to take each flashcard from the main pile.
Too thick: easier to flash, but 1 full set of flashcard might be too thick for your supporting hand to hold.

Does glossy/matte surface matters?
Glossy surface allows faster flashing, while matte surface allows direct printing.

What if both sides are glossy?
While theoretically, it allows faster flashing, I have found not much difference betweeen both side glossy vs 1 side glossy & 1 side matte. However, directly printing on glossy leads to smudging. As such, you can print on sticker paper(matte preferably as glossy sticker paper more sticky and will smudge). But in this way, it will still be 1 side glossy 1 side matte.

What if both sides are matte?
While both sides are ideal for direct printing, it is not ideal for flashing as friction on both matte side will slow down the flashing speed.

How to print on this flashcard:
Can directly print on the flashcard(matte side) or print on sticker paper and paste on matte side.
Use the glossy side for naming the flashcard for your own reference when flashing.
(write on 3M Magic Tape or any writable scoth tape and paste it on the glossy side)


Tensai(Shichida) is selling 330gsm flashcard, which most printer won't be able to accomodate for direct print. 
My printer can accomodate up to 250gsm, but I'm still able to print directly on this 283gsm flashcard.

Under normal circumstances; you could receive it within 2-5 working days but a small numbers of the buyers may receive
their orders in a slightly longer period of time; 2-3 weeks or even a month.  Postage is cheap but non-trackable.
We provide Singpost Normal Mail option to help buyer save their cost. However, buyers are to take your own risks for choosing Singpost Normal Mail service. 
We will not be responsible for any lost/damage caused by Singpost and we could not guarantee on the time/period of the delivery. Buyers have to ensure that 
the addresses that you have entered in Qoo10's system are correct. Once mailed out there's nothing we could do. Please also note that we are only allowed to
ship out the orders according to the addresses provided in your Qoo10's accounts.

For on time, secure and faster delivery please select Qxpress as your preferred shipping/delivery method. Although shipping fee is 
slightly more expensive, tracking numbers are being provided and you could receive your parcels in 2-3 working days' time.
