Black Pepper CO2 Select has a very characteristic Pepper aroma with great tenacity and warm notes. It is thicker and darker in color, sort of a dark mustard yellow compared to steam distilled oil, which is a mobile liquid with very little color. Used in blends, it may not be necessary to use as much of the oil to achieve the same aromatic strength.
