Suspension training is a popular training method as it challenges the body to constantly balance and stabilize with every exercise, providing limitless variations or body weight exercises. Made from high quality ABS plastic, supported by length adjustable straps that form a loop which allows for mounting in a variety of locations. Loops maximum length 2.5 meters. The rings have a specialized textured surface for optimum grip without using chalk
