BEFORE FIRST USE:
Hand Wash. Dry Immediately. Using a paper towel, rub a light coat of oil into the surface before cooking.
COOKING:
You may need to use a little extra oil on the first few uses on the pan until you have built up a seasoning. Use any heat appropriate for your cooking method.
CLEANING:
Soap on cast iron is not usually recommended, but can be used as long as you rub a little oil into the surface after washing. Always dry immediately or your cookware will rust. Do not use a dishwasher.
SEASONING:
Rub a little oil into the pan using a paper towel. Heat the pan under medium-heat on a stovetop for at least 15 minutes. Let pan completely cool and wipe with clean paper towel.
