Q1 - The casing is too small to fit in .

A1 - This is a back cover ( battery cover ) for redmi/1s/note , will need to remove your original back cover before fitting in .

Q2 - The casing doesn't seem to fit well .

A2 - After remove the existing back cover , its recommend to fit from the top first and press down from side till the bottom , it will fit in nicely .
