As the group tour is a large group tour consisting of guests from various backgrounds, a fair amount of waiting during the tour is to be expected (ie: special needs guests, visa-on-arrival guests, slower senior guests etc). Itinerary may also inevitably vary slightly subject to actual day conditions (ie: traffic, lack of time etc). Thank you for your understanding.

Tour guide tipping, ferry terminal fees and taxes are excluded, please kindly refer to FAQ question 5.
All customers are important, and so are our staff. We reserve all rights to refund/refuse service to abusive/drunk customers.
Due to the promotional nature of this product, no changes are allowed upon successful confirmation (ie: name/date/time changes etc.). Customers who wish to deviate from the confirmed itinerary due to exceptional personal reasons (ie: sickness, family emergency etc.) will be charged administrative fees. No refunds or cancellations are allowed upon successful confirmation.
