How long should I wear my Nano beauty wear?
We recommend wearing the beauty wear for at least 2-4 hours a day for the first week of starting your body training and slowly progress to 4-6 hours a day or more when your body gets accustomed to it.
We recommend wearing the beauty wear along with slimming gel/ moderate exercise and a healthy diet to see maximum results.
How long will it take to see results?
There’s no short cut to achieve a slim body. We recommend wearing our Nano Beauty wear for at least 4-6 hours or more a day combined with a balanced diet and good exercise regime to maximize your results.
