WHICH bar is recommended for your doorway/ doorframe?

• for doorway/ doorframe of about     80cm: choose 62-100cm Bar.
• for doorway/ doorframe of about 90~100cm: choose 82-130cm Bar.

MOUNTING the chin-up bar:
·  [option 1]: NO drills, NO screws needed. Simply twist and turn the rubber padded chin-up bar on doorway/ doorframe. 
Note: Doorframe width shall be of 50mm minimum, for mounting rubber pads. 
Tip: Shall you be concerned of marks on wall due to rubber pads, you can place a piece of paper inbetween rubber pads & doorway.

·  [option 2]: 2 rubber studs with 2 screws (provided in package), for added security.

·  [option 3]: 2 steel brackets with 6 screws (provided in package), for added security.

SAFETY Precautions:

• Adjust both right & left sides of the rubber padded chin-up bar equally onto the doorway/ doorframe. Avoid adjusting one-sided.
• Please ensure that the bar is fixed securely before exercise every time.
• Not suitable for plastic or gypsum doorframe/ doorway.
  
• Parents or guardians' supervision is necessary for children.
