Synthetic Upper The upper of the Hi-Tec Forza Lite Waterproof Walking Shoes is constructed with a high-performance synthetic which provides support, durability, and breathability. Breathability is key to keeping your feet cool and dry while on a long walk. Equipped with Dri-Tec technology which offers superior waterproofing and excellent vapour transmission to keep your feet dry and comfortable even in the wettest environments. With the use of a padded collar and tongue, it offers extreme comfort, while the gusseted tongue keeps the loose debris out. The upper also features durable, rustproof hardwearing lacing system which creates a snug and secure fit. CMEVA Midsole Fitted with impact absorbing CMEVA midsole which ensures long lasting cushioning and comfort, with help from the removable EVA sockliner which offers added cushioning. Don't worry if you are going on a long walk and it's warm out, as the Forza has a moisture wicking shoe lining which takes moisture away from the foot, leaving it feeling fresher for longer. MDT Outsole The Hi-Tec Forza Lite features a lightweight fork shank which provides flexibility and support to the feet when walking on loose, rocky terrain. Made with an MDT outsole, it is designed to deliver the perfect balance of traction, protection and durability. The chamfered lugs allow dirt to be released quickly, improving traction on wet and other types of terrain. Forward lugs are angled to encourage propulsion whilst rear lugs are angled to encourage breaking. Lugs are opened up in flex points to allow better flex and reduce foot fatigue.
