The Twin AB Wheel Rollers are aimed at more advanced AB rollers as it takes your ab, core and upper body workout to the next level whilst improving flexibility and coordination. The advanced braking system on each wheel allows you to work independently to perform rolling push-ups, iron crosses, rollouts, stair climbs, abdominal and core extensions. By simply twisting the handle you can apply the brake and continue using one arm if you wish, or control the amount of extension that you require. You can perform rolling push-ups, rolling iron cross, core extensions and rotational push-ups. They are more versatile than a single Ab Roller Wheel, however they are more demanding and it takes more control. Additional exercises that can be carried out:
