It was my first experience with a preworkout supplement. My gym visits last 1 1/2-2 hours and consist of equal parts using free weights and cardio such as the treadmill, bike, and/or elliptical. I used one scoop 20-30 minutes before my visits and this got me through them. I don't think I realized the true benefits until I ran out. I'll experiment with other products as I go along, but if you're someone like me (an average office worker who is attempting to build a more active life style and needs an extra bit of energy to do it) this may be a good starting point for you. Great product that gives me a lot of energy without feeling jittery/overloaded. I used about 3/4 of a scoop before my workout and 1/2 of a scoop during my workout.Love it! Was this review helpful? It gives me the boost of energy I need with out over doing it and helps my mental focus. Personally, I don't care for the tingling sensation you get from some preworkout and I don't with this one. Yes (4) No (0)Flag as Inappropriate Tastes awfulone of the worst tasting pre-workouts ive ever tasted. it worked OK with 2 scoops but after my workout i had to go to the bathroom(#2) like an emergency. i dont recommend this product at all but since i opened it I'm told i cant return it. it was expensive and now ill have to throw it in the garbage. the return policy is garbage just like this product.
