We've been looking for a fish lamp for a year. We have found plenty for $80 and up, but that is just not reasonable. The fish appears to be a largemouth bass (which is what my son catches a lot) and goes great with the antique Eagle Claw Hooks tin and Field and Stream tin we have hanging in his room. It was very reasonably priced. It is small and works perfect for a nightstand or a desk.Was this review helpful?Yes (8)No (0)ReportGreat little lamps.3/22/2012Average rating:4out of5stars, based onreviews3/22/2012by Dandcam7I expected the lamps to be small - but they were just a tad bit smaller than I expected...however...they give off good light, they are beautifully detailed. When I opened the boxes, the shades had both been smashed, and we had to push them out - they aren't in great condition, but they're ok. The boxes weren't damaged, so I would imagine the shades got smashed during handling because the inside wasn't packaged very well. On one of the lamps where you screw the bulb holder down into the top of the fish wouldn't stay screwed in so we used teflon tape to secure it.
