Our salt is mined from Kalabagh salt mines located on the bank of the Indus river.

Should your item be defective, we endeavour to exchange it at no additional cost. In the event that an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued. All exchanges must be made within 07 days from the date of delivery. Please do email us with snapshots of the defects. Our customer service team will review the situation and respond promptly. Requests for exchanges made after 07 days from the date of delivery will not be entertained. Faulty/fused bulbs must be returned within 03 days upon delivery for exchange of up to 1 new bulb per item. We do not manufacture our bulbs and will not be able to control the life of each bulb.

As our products are all handmade and carved from natural salt, size/weight discrepancies in our given measurements are not deemed defects. We do not offer returns or refunds for items purchased in the wrong size/qty/type. Please note that the colour of the items you see are dependent on the concentration of minerals and th resolution of your screen. Every salt product is unique in terms of its colour and shape. As such, the colour of the actual item may differ slightly from that on your screen.
