Organic Dark Brown Sugar
We make our rich moist Organic Dark Brown Sugar from freshly squeezed organic cane juice which is evaporated and crystallized the same day it is harvested. This flavorful brown sugar has rich molasses flavor ideal for cakes cookies gingerbread baked beans and BBQ sauces. It also makes a delightful topping for oatmeal crumbles and streusel.

Storage: Seal tightly after opening. Do not refrigerate. If sugar gets hard pour in bowl cover with a wet towel and leave overnight. Fluff with fork and use or reseal.
