Upon expiry of the warranty, customers can receive after-sales service by paying the associated service/repair cost.

If the lamp is found to be defective during the warranty period, 3M will provide the necessary repair free of charge. However, if the lamp is defective due to the user’s negligence, misuse or because of a natural disaster, 3M reserves the right to charge a repair fee even if the lamp is under warranty.

The warranty is deem void in the following situations and the customer will be liable for repair costs:

When foreign matter (water, food or toys etc.) are inserted and results in damage within the lamp.
If the lamp is dropped and results in damage to the exterior and the function of the lamp.
When outer damage or deformity occur due to exposure to organic solvents (such as paint thinner or benzene etc).
If the lamp is damaged by using the wrong voltage.
If the customer dismantles the product, resulting in loss of parts or damage to the lamp.
If the lamp is damaged because of natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake and salt damage etc.)
If the lamp is damaged due to the negligence or direct fault of the customer and the failure to follow the precautions as stated in this instructional guide.
