Closure for Chinese New Year

Kindly be informed that our company will be closed from 14-02-2018(Wed) to 19-02-2019(Mon) in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebration.

Our business shall resume as normal on 20-02-2018(Tue). All order will be packed and sent out thereafter.

For stage 2 & 3, parents may add the ring to baby toothbrush.

It is to prevent baby from accidental swallowing of the toothbrush.

To use, put the ring from top and lock to the hoop on the handle.

Put the ring first before giving the brush to your baby.

DELIVERY OPTION

Singpost Normail Mail
Under normal circumstances; you could receive it within 2-5 working days but a small numbers of the buyers may receive
their orders in a slightly longer period of time; 2-3 weeks or even a month.  Postage is cheap but non-trackable.
We provide Singpost Normal Mail option to help buyer save their cost. However, buyers are to take your own risks for choosing Singpost Normal Mail service. 
We will not be responsible for any lost/damage caused by Singpost and we could not guarantee on the time/period of the delivery. Buyers have to ensure that 
the addresses that you have entered in Qoo10's system are correct. Once mailed out there's nothing we could do. Please also note that we are only allowed to
ship out the orders according to the addresses provided in your Qoo10's accounts. 

Qxpress
For on time, secure and faster delivery please select Qxpress as your preferred shipping/delivery method. Although shipping fee is 
slightly more expensive, tracking numbers are being provided and you could receive your parcels in 2-3 working days' time.
