The Acai Berry has been consumed by South American Indians for hundreds of generations and has been treasured for its health benefits. After crushing and straining the Acai Berry, the Indians either sip the honey-sweetened juice as a refreshing beverage or combine it with granola and bananas as an energizing meal.
