Slimming belt  – Challenge finished

· January 22, 2013

I have completed the challenge I set for myself – 6 weeks of Slendertone.. For the last 6 weeks I bared my flabby tummy for the world to see! I did not do any extra exercise or diet any less than I had already been doing. I did not go into this challenge to lose weight. I went into this challenge to tone up my flabby tummy, that had never had exercise before, that had been stretched through two pregnancies, rapid weight gain of 20 kilos in both pregnancies. Stretch marks on my stomach are terrible! I wear what I call my “Fancy Pants” the ones that go up to your boobs and hold in all that flab, to make you look slimmer.. though with my round tummy, it made me look like I was a few months pregnant!

So after dieting to get to my goal weight for my wedding in March last year.. and maintaining it ever since (flutating between 57 and 59 over the last year). My ultimate goal weight was 55 kilos. Please note that I was 49 kilos when I fell pregnant in 2009 and went up to over 70kilos within the 9 months of pregnancy. I have always been a naturally skinny person – until I fell pregnant.

I was desperate to lose the tyre around my tummy, but didn’t know how.. I am hopeless at situps! Thats when I contacted Slendertone and bought the Ab System. So to those a little skeptical of gadgets.. below is the proof of my results. Week by week over the last 6 weeks.

Lastweek I mentioned that I realised these childbaring hips are here to stay. I have accepted that my body shape has changed and I need to figure out how to wear clothes that accentuate my now hour glass figure (any clothing brands want to help me out there?? hehe)

I think the ultimate question on people’s minds was did I loose any weight.

At the beginning of the challenge I weighed 58.2 kilos. 6 Weeks later I weighed in at 56 kilos (I hope it stays there!)

The results are in. Day 1Day 7, Day 15, Day 22,Day 29, Day 36 and the final Day
