Return Policy

 

• Plus AddiCtion does not have Cash Refund Policy
• Exchange or credit note will be issued subject to terms and conditions stated below
• Request must be emailed to plusaddiction@gmail.com within 7 working days from the date of mailing stating the Order Number, Product Name and Code
• Only upon Plus AddiCtion’s approval, customer must return the item in question back to us within 7 working days from the date of approval
• In the event that exchange for another item is applicable, any additional cost on top of the item in question will have to be paid by the customer and balances will be credited as a credit note for future purchase, unless otherwise stated

 

Return of Defective Item

In the event that a defective item is received, we will exchange with a new piece if in stock. If the item is out of stock, exchange for other item is applicable or full credit note will be issued for future purchases, subject to terms and conditions stated below

 

Item Does Not Fit

In the event that item purchased does not fit well, simply contact us with your request for exchange within the stipulated time frame mentioned above, subject to terms and conditions stated below. Please be informed that only exchange is allowed while credit note is strictly not applicable. Exchange for other item is applicable only if the value for the new item is of same value or higher value than the item in question and customer has to top up any additional cost.

Item must be mailed back to us via registered mail and the exchanged item will be sent back to you via registered mail. Both postage costs shall be borne by customers. Postage costs are non-refundable.

 

Wrong Items Received

In the event wrong item has been sent, we will exchange for the correct item if in stock. If the item is out of stock, exchange for other item is applicable or full credit note will be issued for future purchases, subject to terms and conditions stated below.

 

Terms & Conditions

All items must be returned to us brand new with tag intact in original packaging and must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

 

Limitations of Return and Exchange

• All sale items
• Item damaged due to normal wear and tear
• Item damaged due to mishandling of items during laundry
• Defect such as loose threads and stains less than 3cm diameter
• Slight imperfection that do not affect overall aesthetic
• Item with colors deviate slightly from the colors portrayed on screens of various electronic devices due to different color resolutions or due to strong studio lighting during photo shoot

Plus AddiCtion reserves all rights to reject returns that do not fulfill the stated terms and conditions
