[Quickly make a meal with lots of ingredients! 4 servings]

1.While warming corn soup,​ put approx 5 tablespoons (120g) of fruit granola into a cup.

2.Pour 800cc of soup on top of this,​ then add a little more fruit granola on top and it is ready!
[Highly nutritional & easy to eat! Aojiru & milk,​ 1 serving]
Dissolved powdered aojiru in the appropriate amount of milk and add 50g of fruit granola.
*By dissolving difficult to drink aojiru in milk and adding fruit granola,​ you can deliciously intake balanced nutrition!


[The sourness of yogurt & the sweetness of pineapple! Pineapple Yoghurt,​ 1 Serving]
1.Put half a peeled banana in a bowl and mash with a fork.
2.First add plain yoghurt and then 100% pineapple juice to the banana and mix until thick.
3Add a suitable amount of fruit granola (50g) to the mixture and enjoy the crunchy texture.


[A crispy texture with a fragrant touch! Fruit Granola Yogurt Salad]

1.Mix together 1 tablespoon of yoghurt and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
2.Pour a suitable amount of fruit granola onto a lettuce salad etc,​ and then add [1]. Add a suitable amount of pepper if you prefer.


[A double texture with soft bread! Crunchy yet soft sandwich,​ 4 servings]

1.Spread cream cheese (25g per slice) over the surface of 8 slices or sandwich bread. Put fruit granola in the center (1-2 tablespoons per slice) and then roll like temakizushi.
2.If the cream cheese doesn't fish the bread in place,​ use a toothpick.
*Fruit granola becomes moist easily,​ so roll just before eating for a delicious taste!
