RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) once per day. May be taken with or without food. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENT: Purified water, Citric acid, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary Leaf).
CAUTIONS: Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae, and Labiatae family. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use or if symptoms persist or worsen.
