How to operate:
1. Please choose full, complete, no peeling, no mold, no germination and fresh garlic without water for the best production;
2. Arrange the garlic as shown below. Please note that layered arrangement is not recommended as the heating performance will be affected;
3. Place the inner pot into the product, then lift the tray by the upper handle, move the tray steadily and put it into the inner pot, then close the top lid until "click". The preparation is now completed and is ready for starting;
4. Connect the power cord and ensure the power supply is on;
5. Press and hold the power button for 1-3 seconds, the display screen shows (---) indicating the product is re-set and entered the stand-by mode;
6. Press the function button Solo Garlic or Garlic once;
7. Then press the power button once to start operate. The display screen will show the process time remaining 192 or 288hrs countdown):
A) 192 hrs for Garlic process;
B) 288 hrs for Solo Garlic process;
C) 2 hrs for drying function can reduced water of black garlic.
8. The product will count down and start operate auto-manically without extra manual control. The top lid may be hot when operating. Please do not touch.
9. After finished the process, a beep sound occur and the product switch to standby mode automatically.
10. Open the cover and remove the garlic tray and the black garlic is ready.
