The sleeve is long because it is not made for Japanese. If you tighten with the Velcro of the cuff you will not get in the way. Because the fabric is thin, it feels just right for spring and autumn.
Food tip
170 cm man is slim, but it is just right with XS. As rain gear etc, those who want to wear loosely for a while think that one size larger is better. I feel like I hit my neck when the hood tip is like a hat 's head (function as a rain gear), but when I'm not wearing a hood, I feel a little worried.
