All of our Polaroid lenses are made of optical grade plastic polarized lenses with a 7 layer back side anti reflective coating to reduce back side glare. All Polaroid sunglasses block 100% of harmful ultraviolet light. The Brown Lens (Including the above features) These Brown Polarized lenses allow in 78% of visible light. The Brown Lens is designed to block a high percentage of blue light. Blue light is at the dark end of the visible light spectrum and is the most difficult light to focus, especially as the eye ages. These lenses improve contrast by accentuating the brighter colors.
