Directions
Suggested Usage: For Pre-workout Energy Support: Mix 1 level scoop of Amino Power in 8 to 12 oz of water or other beverage 20-30 minutes before workout. For Post-Workout Amino Support: At least 4 hours after initial pre-workout dose, mix 1 level scoop of Amino Power in 8 to 12 oz of water or other beverage. One scoop of Amino Power has approx. 50 mg caffeine.
