Delivery
Seller will not be responsible for any parcel lost or damaged by Singpost Normal Mail.
Singpost Registered Mail with tracking number is highly recommended.
Exchange Policy
Exchange will only be done for defective items
Please contact us within 3 days after receiving the item by email to get an exchange. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
In the event of a defective piece, please send us a picture of the item and we will advise you on the exchange procedure.
Returned items must be in original condition, UNOPENED with intact tag/packaging
A new piece will be sent to you by registered post upon receiving the defective piece.
If item is out of stock, you will be given the option to exchange for a different item of the same value.
No refund will be given under any circumstances.
