Opt for 1 or 3 month(s) warranty^ on your electronic products with minimum net purchase amount of SGD$100 per product. In the event that they fail to function due to unforeseen electrical or mechanical defects and becomes materially defective, Purchase Guard will insure up to your net purchase amount^#.

With Purchase Guard, you can have the assurance to purchase big-ticket electronic products on Qoo10 knowing they are protected during your preferred period of insurance.

Important Notes

^The warranty starts from the date you purchase the electronic product from Qoo10 website. We will extend an additional 7 days to your selected period of insurance to include the estimated number of days needed to deliver your purchase from the seller.

^# Purchase Guard excludes coverage for accessories, add-ons or free gifts tagged with your electronic item.
