Why are our merchandise selling at discounted prices?
Our main supplier is a major importer/exporter of wrist watches in Singapore. Our supplier also deals in a wide range of goods such as Mont Blanc pens, Bvlgari hand bags, Cartier perfume and belts etc. As such, we are able to secure goods' prices at much discounted rates.
Are your watches refurbished goods?
We strictly do not sell refurbish goods or replicas etc. Our goods are new and comes in factory-packed condition. Our business ideas is to build a long term business and hopes to build up a larger customers base over time. As such, returning customers are important to us. We do not believe in cheating customers. Moreover, selling fakes are against the law of Singapore. Auction cheaters had infact been convicted in Singapore. Customers' interest are fully protected.
How can we know if you are selling a genuine watch?
All our watches has a serial nos at the back of each watch. Its smooth and high quality finishes justify its genuineness as its not engraved upon. A genuineness of a watch can be ultimately determined by its movement (internal machine). Customer who felt that we have sold them a fake watch can always varify with a quality Seiko dealer. We would like to remind our customers that dealing in fake watch is against the law in Singapore. Your interest is protected. Disclosing of our contact numbers safeguard your interest. Our ratings does not reflect all the numbers of deal closed at our auctions. Where aucitons are closed, we scored perfect!
Why doesn't original warranty card be issued?
As our watches are export goods and not meant for retail sales, original warranty cards are strictly not allowed to be issued under dealers contract and agreement. Our supplier risk having their distribution rights revoked. Original warranty card are local distributor's rights. However, we do provide our own warranty to our customers. Our company "warranty card" or proof-of-purchase will be issued to buyers with details stated. A one year warranty will be given. Warranty conditions are stated below.
How can we trust your warranty provided?
Customers can fully trust us to honour our warranty conditions as we are here to stay. Our ratings definitely speaks for itself. Much capital, time and labour has been spent on building our online business. As such, reputation is of great importance to us. Honouring the warranty conditions are not a hassle to us as our supplier has dedicated watchmakers to repair any watches that are faulty. Infact, the brand names we carry has good reputations of producing quality watches. Chances of it being faulty within a year is almost negligible. A new watch will be compensated on exchange basis if watch is beyond repair.
Can we stil get other watches repair after warranty period?
You can bring your watches to any Seiko dealers for the repair for a charge. Cusotmers can also contact us for the watch repair. Cost of repair will be further advised. We do not profit from watch repair. However labour and service cost will be levied.
