Qn) Why do you limit 1 e-Coupon per transaction?
ANS: This is to allow customers to choose different dishes for each e-Coupon. If not, buying more than 1 e-Coupon per transaction, you will be limited to only the choice of the 3 Dishes that you select.
Qn) Do you allow multiple purchases?
ANS: Yes, you can. Just buy additional e-Coupon(s) in separate transaction(s).
Qn) Can I use more than 1 e-Coupon per visit?
ANS: No. Strictly 1 e-Coupon allowed per table per bill. However, you can use your remaining e-Coupons in your next visit in Nihon Mura.
Qn) Can I use my e-Coupon in other Nihon Mura outlets beside the one that I selected?
ANS: No. Redemption can only be made at the selected (printed) outlet on the e-Coupon. Please choose your outlet carefully before making your purchase.
Qn) Can I change my choices of 3 Dishes when I visit Nihon Mura?
ANS: No. We will only honour the selected (printed) dishes on the e-Coupon.
Qn) Must I bring along a printed copy of my e-Coupon?
ANS: Yes. We do require a printed copy of your e-Coupon. To avoid disappointment, please ensure that your e-Coupon has a well-printed Bar Code on it.
