What is Alumite processing?
Ordinary casting pots have low level of purity and density because of air or impurities are mixed during the production. As a result, those pots are corroded easily. Alumite special processing is a special anti-corrosion method applied to core parts, such as semiconductors, aircrafts, and vessels. Processing is composed of 8 phases. A fine ceramic oxide film is created on the pot, which provides very strong surface strength, outstanding anti-corrosion function, and strong durability.
