I take one pill in the morning and the second one at lunch. I have a desk job and normally I'd be snacking right now, or chugging down the coffee to stay awake. I don't feel the need for either, which is GREAT. I've also found I've gotten up from my desk more this week, and I have more energy after work. Major pro. That being said, there is one con: I wish they would have made the pills half the size...even if that meant doubling the dose to 4 pills a day. It would make it a lot easier to get them down...they are almost an inch in size! I almost feel like I need to eat a piece of bread afterwards to push it down. For that reason, I'm giving the product 4 stars. Everything else is great. I'm happy with the price, and the product contains all the vitamins I look for in a multivitamin (iron, magnesium, D-3, biotin, etc...), so I don't need to take any additional products! Oh, also...they stink to high heaven. Seriously, the first time I opened the bottle, it took my breath away. But I know a potent multivitamin is going to have an odor that is just that, potent.
