FAQ:

1) What is the PopArt made of?

Our digitally drawn PopArts are exquisitely made of acrylic canvas.

2) How do I hang them on the wall?

There's a metal hook at the back of the PopArt so you can easily hook it up with a nail or 3M no-drill adhesive hook.

3) Do you offer customisations?

Apologise that our artist do not do customisations at the moment.

4) What sizings do you have for the PopArt?

We do have 2 sizes for the PopArts.
Small: 10 inches by 10 inches (25.4cm x 25.4cm).
Big: 20 inches by 20 inches (50.8cm x 50.8cm) however this is available via pre-order only.

5) Can the PopArt be cleaned when dust settles on it?

Yes, as they are printed on acrylic canvas, simply use a damp cloth to wipe on its surface.

6) How long will it take to arrive for Local Shipping?

Shipping: SGD $6 Per Order For 1 - 4 Pcs

SGD $9 per Order For 5 - 9 Pcs

FREE SHIPPING FOR 10PCS or Above

All packages are delivered TAQBIN and come with a tracking number. The courier will deliver the parcel within 2 working days after it has been processed for delivery. Please provide your confirmed contact number & address so the courier can reach you in any unforeseen circumstances at site.

7) Do you offer self-collection?

Self Collection is available at Serangoon and AMK area. Please send us an enquiry first, thank you.

8) I've received a defective or incorrect item.

We apologise if we had sent you a defective/incorrect item. Please email sales@famouspopart.net about it and we’ll reply you within 2-3 working days.

We will reimburse normal postage for defected item(s) sent to you. Please note that there is strictly no cash refund unless the exact design is out of stock and we will only proceed on with an exchange if the item was purchased directly from us.
