Importance Notice (Before or After purchased Tips)
It is more recommended for:
1) Portable charger (Output DC 5V)
2) Output Voltage must be lower than 5V so that the led light cable wont be spoil
3) It is better to plug the cable directly to the power socket rather than with iphone or samsung adapter.
(See the 1st video below for example of how to plug the cable directly to the power socket)

 4) Please do not use output that is 400ma/600ma.

2. Almost fully Charged -

Packages are generally sent out within 1 to 3 Days after Payment/Receipt of Payment Ship via Sing Post.

b) YOUR SHIPPING

Singapore : Packages will be delivered in approximately 3 to 5 Working Days via Sing Post.

Note that there are 2 types of Delivery Methods:

1) NORMAL MAIL:

Shipping is free but take note that NO Tracking is available for NORMAL MAIL.

We will NOT be responsible for LOST Items sent by “NORMAL" MAIL” Postage. NO Replacement will be sent under this FREE Shipping.

2) REGISTERED MAIL:

Highly recommended as a Tracking Number will be issue for Tracking of parcels via Sing Post/Speed Post. It will be safe but it will have additional charge of SGD $2.50 to sure package reach your address.

i-special policy

1) Once Order is Sent out for delivery, NO Cancellation or Amendment is allowed.

2) Color of the Product may be slightly different from the Photos due to light effects reflection. NO Refund or Exchange is allowed in this case of Color Differences.

3) Once goods sold, will be Non Refundable but if item delivered found problem, Please kindly contact us immediately.

Items within 7 days are exchangable (Exchange for similar cable with similar light and NOT FOR LED COLOR EXCHANGING).

4) We will check ALL item Prior  to shipping.   

5) For Registered Mail with Tracking Number:

Once item is sent out, we will have No Control of the Delivery Schedule, under such circumstances, kindly Check with your respective Post Office.

6) We reserve the rights to change the items and conditions without prior notice.

7) BUYER REQUESTING FOR an EXCHANGE MUST 1ST RETURN US THE PURCHASED ITEM FOR OUR EVALUATION. Buyer will have to bear the FULL Shipping Charges
