NatraCure's Adjustable Anti-Snore Strap may help stop snoring by keeping the lower jaw in a closed position, which has been shown to help keep the airway open and assist in reducing soft tissue vibration. Directions: 1) Hold the ends of the NatraCure Anti-Snore Strap with both hands. The mesh portion (widest part) of the strap should be facing your chin. 2) Holding both ends of the Anti-Snore strap, place the bottom (widest portion) of the strap with the mesh, underneath the chin. 3) Stretch both ends of the strap up and over your ears so the hook and loop meet at the crown of your head. Assure the two ear openings on either side of the strap fit over your ears. 4) Secure the hook and loop at the crown area of the head. Adjust the strap for comfort as needed, while keeping your mouth closed. The closure should rest on the crown of your head while the bottom (wider) portion of the strap, rests under the chin. 5) Enjoy a good night's rest! Care: Hand wash and air dry completely.
