Sometimes, we just can't get all the necessary fruits and vegetables that we need in a day. These gummy vites are easy to chew and they come in three different flavours. I prefer the "fruit punch" one over the "orange" and "grape" choices though. You can slip a couple in your pocket and eat them whenever. They give me all that I need to keep healthy.
