Gaviscon Peppermint Liquid brings fast, soothing and long lasting relief from the pain and discomfort of

heartburn and acid indigestion. It can be used to treat gastric reflux (a condition in which the acid

stomach contents flow upwards into the food pipe) and flatulence caused by gastric reflux. It belongs to a

group of medicines called 'reflux suppressants'.

Description • Liquid Form • Peppermint Flavour • Neutralizes the stomach acid by forming a 'raft' over the stomach • Forms a protective layer over the stomach contents • The raft acts as a strong physical barrier and helps keep all the components of the stomach contents in the stomach • Not allowing them to flow back into the oesophagus and cause heartburn.
