But after a few weeks the sound started to be all warped until it eventually malfunctioned and was repeating the same warped notes over and over nonstop (and there's no volume or off switch). Because my baby loved it, I exchanged it for a new one. It's been a month and I had high hopes, but it is already showing early signs of warped sound/music. Within 1 month, batteries died! So opened the crab, went to the store I purchased replacements and they were about $6. So excited to have the pillow back to life until I tried a million times, it still did not work! Then I read they can't be replaced!! Why not?
