What colour band do I need?

If you are unsure of what band you need please use our simple guide in image 2 to work out your perfect fit. For example somebody weighing 160lb and currently able to do 0 unassisted pull ups would be best suited to a Green band. You could also consider purchasing our pack of 4 bands to give you added versatility and the ability to double up bands in your training.
