*Adjust to fit: 8.0-10.0 in.
*To Wear:
*Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabilizer. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable.
*Pull strap on left side of foot up and across, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of ankle stabilizer.
